Ava provides URF's mission direction, oversees programs and operations, and ensures alignment with the Foundation’s vision.

Vice Chair & Municipal Relations Chair
Mauretta Wilson
Town Administrator for Andrews; municipal management & community engagement.
Mauretta strengthens URF's civic partnerships and coordinates municipal & regional relations.

Banker & nonprofit founder; finance, business development, & philanthropy.
Teka oversees URF's fiscal management, budgeting, donor relations, & development strategy.

Community & Family Engagement Chair
Daune Dawson
Victims advocate & social worker; crisis response & family empowerment.
Duane leads URF's family support programs and social service partnerships.

Secretary
Octavia Harris
Registered Dental Hygienist, author, and nonprofit professional; experienced in youth services, event coordination, motivational speaking, and community programming.
Octavia brings strong administrative support, organizational structure, and youth-centered programming experience to assist the URF Board.

Youth & Education Engagement Chair
Sabrina Singletary
Youth activist from Hemingway active in schools & leadership initiatives.
Sabrina directs URF's youth engagement, education programs, and student development.

Program Partnerships Chair
Shaguana Hunt
Nonprofit founder and community leader with statewide collaborations.
Shaguana provides URF's policy insight, program partnership access, and advisory networking.

Legal Advisor / Governance & Compliance Chair
Doward Harvin
Attorney experienced in municipal, business, and nonprofit law.
Doward provides URF's legal oversight, policy review, & compliance guidance.

Community & Economic Development Advisor (Non-Voting)
Brad Richardson
Respected Johnsonville, SC organizer & community advocate.
Brad advises URF on local outreach, economic development, and partnership initiatives.

Behavioral Health & Crisis Intervention Chair
Christina Wildy, M.S.
Behavioral Health SME, Deputy Program Manager, Crisis Manager, and Federal Program Specialist. Extensive experience in behavioral health, EAP services, and federal program management.
Christina guides URF's trauma-informed and crisis intervention strategies, improves compliance and staff wellness, expands access to federal behavioral health funding.
